Introduction to GroupOutlook

GroupOutlook was designed from the ground up to enable users to share Outlook data without Microsoft Exchange Server. It allows users of Microsoft Outlook from version 2000 on to share data. A mixture of Microsoft Outlook versions is supported.

As well as being able to share personal data, GroupOutlook allows an Administrator to create Public Folders containing Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Tasks, Journals or Mail.

Adding to the personal data and Public Folders, GroupOutlook allows an Administrator to create an unlimited number of group calendars, and then specify which calendar information is shown in these calendars. This data is built up from the individual calendars and no duplication of data entry is required.

There is virtually no learning curve with GroupOutlook as users keep on using the familiar Outlook, albeit with a few bonus features.
