When you log into Outlook after the GroupOutlook Plug-In is installed, you will be prompted to enter the user name and password for the Outlook profile that you are logging into. Choose to remember the password if you wish.
You will see only one change in your Outlook at this time and that is the appearance of a new folder.
This is the GroupOutlook share folder, where all the information provided by GroupOutlook will be shown.
The next thing to do is choose which of your Personal data to share.
If you wish to select all folders, check the Personal Folder tick box and then click "Select all". These folders are the ones that will be offered up to the GroupOutlook Administrator for sharing.
Once the password is entered and the data to be selected is chosen click on OK and the GroupOutlook client will synchronise with the GroupOutlook server and show you the data that has been made available to you.
Within the same GroupOutlook system, because of Access Rights each person may see completely different views:
A more established user sees this when they log in.
This user has access to many of the folders belonging to members of their team.
