To define the working folders for OfficeJunior:

1. Click on "Retrieve Outlook Folders" and navigate to the folder you wish to use for the "Folder to Check" and click on the <- - button, do the same for the "Folder to save" the results in.

This means that OfficeJunior will put email that matches the criteria you have defined into the "Folder to Check" and then once it has been processed mail goes into the "folder to save"
