This is a case of matching a field from the email you receive with an Outlook field. There is auto-matching if the name of a field exactly matches the name of an Outlook field. The automatching may be modified if you like. You may link a field to as many fields as you like.
1. Click on the name of the field you are interested in from the "Selected Fields" list and if the "Outlook Fields" list is not populated as you would like, click on "Add Outlook Fields for the Selected Field" and then choose as many fields from the list that appears as you require and then click on "Add Selected Fields" - do this for all fields you wish to store in Outlook.
